DALLAS – Luxury retailer Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) has published its 2025 environmental, governance and social (ESG) strategy, which sets targets relating to sustainability, diversity and community engagement.
The company says it analysed various resources, including reporting frameworks from the likes of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), to inform its strategy.
“It is our hope that this will help investors and other key stakeholders share the board's confidence in the strength of this company and its future as we seek to hold ourselves to public company standards while moving with the speed and agility of a private company,” commented Pamela Edwards, a board of directors’ member and Neiman’s audit committee chair.
