DHAKA - Garment factories in Bangladesh which were not overseen by the former Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety are being given the chance to export to international brands.
Factories which are members of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) but were not overseen by the Accord can now apply for recognition by successor body, the Readymade Sustainability Council (RSC).
