LEIDEN - Swedish-owned homeware giant IKEA has renewed its partnership with the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) until 2025 in a bid to drive forward action to reduce biodiversity loss.
The partnership reaffirms a joint commitment to protect, manage and restore key landscapes, and to enable a nature and climate positive value chain which also upholds the rights and needs of people.
Since 2002, WWF and IKEA have worked together to protect and improve management of forests and fight illegal logging, as well as to reduce water and pesticide use and improve livelihoods in cotton farming.
