KENDAL – The European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) has today launched a Green Friday Fundraiser in partnership with 17 of its member brands and retailers which will raise money for the association’s vital conservation projects.
In particular, the funds will support the six most recently selected projects which have set out to tackle plastic pollution both in the environment and at source across Spain, Italy, Brazil, Columbia and the UK.
“As we near the end of what has been a difficult year for everyone, we are overwhelmed by the generosity of EOCA members and thrilled to have this opportunity to enable consumers to purchase some new gear for outdoor adventures while raising funds for the conservation of special habitats around the world,” commented EOCA general manager, Catherine Savidge.
