TORONTO - Outdoor apparel brand Canada Goose has launched a new sustainability platform, called Humanature, to be the driving force behind its commitments to 'keep the planet cold and people warm'.
It is built around the company's 'Sustainable Impact Strategy' which includes a pledge to reach net zero for both direct and indirect greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2025.
"The role of business has evolved – in today’s world, driving meaningful change is just as important as the bottom line," said Dani Reiss, Canada Goose president and chief executive officer.
