Vancouver - Dr. Meg Whittaker, managing director of Toxservices, takes a different approach than most to harmonisation: “I'm one of the friendlier consultants out there and I'm probably the only one that actually trains my competition.”
“I actually work with a big competitor of mine - NSF International - and I've brought them into the fold of pushing harmonised hazard-based methodologies,” she said. “Luckily I still have a job.”
This was one of many interviews conducted at the Planet Textiles event earlier this year in Vancouver. Planet Textiles 2019 will take place June 22nd in Barcelona, as part of the ITMA event expected to draw up to 120,000 visitors from 147 countries.
