PHNOM PENH - Cambodia's garment manufacturers showed a slight increase in compliance with international labour standards in the past year according to research by Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) – but continued reports of mass fainting among factory workers and proposed new laws to quash NGO powers in Cambodia continue to cast a shadow over the progress of the sector.
