WAALWIJK – The CEO of Dutch carpet, tile and sustainable textiles manufacturer, Desso, has joined the steering committee of a new circular economy initiative led by the World Economic Forum in partnership with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. The initiative has just launched a new report on the circular economy at the World Economic Forum's Annual Summit at Davos, which analyses the economic benefits ofbusinesses shifting towards a circular economy and suggests the circular economy can generate over US$1 trillion annually by 2025 for the global economy.
