LONDON - Better Cotton is adding its voice to calls on the EU to revise its Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) scheme which it warns favours synthetic over natural fibres.
The organisation has joined the Make the Label Count (MTLC) coalition which is working towards ensuring a fair and credible European Union textile labelling scheme without the risk of simplifying sustainability claims excessively.
