HAMBURG - A survey conducted by the Aid by Trade Foundation (AbTF), which oversees the Cotton made in Africa (CmiA) standard, has highlighted the range of biodiversity challenges facing small scale cotton farmers in Zambia.
The survey, conducted in partnership with the Zambia Agriculture Research Institute, explored where farmers are seeing ecological changes, what measures they are taking in response, and illustrated the importance of biodiversity in the fight against the effects of climate change.
