BIRMINGHAM - Consumers’ efforts to make us of fashion brands’ reuse, repair and recycling schemes are being impeded by geographical limitations and regional variations, new research suggests.

The joint study from the University of Birmingham and University of Bristol in the UK, and the University of Georgia and Buffalo State University in the US, explored how circular fashion-promoting policies sometimes have limited effectiveness with shoppers unable to access many of the services.
