BRUSSELS – The European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing (Textile ETP) has announced potential backing of €60 million ($65m) for Europe’s first textile-focused research funding programme.
The European Union will provide half of the money under the Horizon Europe funding scheme while the rest will need to be matched by industry to fund projects under the Textiles of the Future (TOF) partnership.
