COPENHAGEN – Danish Fashion brand Object, part of the Bestseller group has partnered with recycling innovator Sodra Group, on a new knitwear collection made partly from textile waste.
The used cotton and cotton-polyester waste that is added to Sodra’s OnceMore dissolving pulp is sourced from hotels and restaurants, and includes end-of-life sheets, towels and tablecloths, as well as old garments, before being combined with wood from the company’s responsibly managed forests.
