CAMBRIDGE - Sparxell, the UK-based developer of high-performance, sustainable plant-based pigments for the textile dyeing sector, has completed a $3.2 million funding round.

Consisting of a mixture of seed investments, grants and awards, the funding will be used to accelerate the development and commercialisation of products aiming to eliminate synthetic chemicals from colourants in the apparel industry as well as the packaging, cosmetics and paint sectors.
