WASHINGTON DC - Vietnam overtook China last year as the country having the most textile and apparel exports to the USA intercepted under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
The US Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) interactive dashboard reveals that $19.14 million worth of shipments from Vietnam were blocked in 2023, compared to $17.7 million from China, and just $3.4 million from all other countries combined.
