NEW YORK - Discussion and debate on circularity has almost tripled in the last five years but action remains thin on the ground, according to a new report from accounting firm Deloitte and the Circle Economy Foundation.
The Circularity Gap Report 2024 says that there has been no decline in virgin material use, with nearly as much being extracted globally in the past five years as during the entire 20th century.
