ROCHESTER - Researchers working in the US textile sector are in line for fresh multi-million dollar funding after the the Remade Institute, the public-private partnership established by the Department of Energy (DOE), announced a $19.6 million tranche of investment in new technology research.

Fourteen new research, development and demonstration projects have been selected as part of the institute’s latest round of investment, a response to the US’s need to meet multiple energy, environmental and economic goals.
