LIVERPOOL - The International Cotton Association (ICA) and blockchain platform TextileGenesis have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in a bid to ramp up traceability and accountability in the cotton textile supply chain.
As well as advancing a closer working relationship, it is hoped that the MoU will also facilitate greater digital collaboration on ethical trading and sustainability issues for the textile industry.
