LONDON/CAIRO – The Better Cotton initiative and Cotton Egypt Association (CEA) have officially renewed their previously announced strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to enhance the yields and sustainability credentials of the country's cotton sector while also ensuring fair working conditions for farmers and workers.
Uniting key stakeholders from across the cotton sector, this week's official inauguration ceremony brought together representatives from Better Cotton, CEA the organisation responsible for promoting and protecting Egyptian cotton, as well as Better Cotton’s partners in Egypt and a number of leading Better Cotton retailer and brand members.
