HALIFAX – UK-based James Heal has created a new testing solution for fabric water repellency that significantly reduces the volume of wastewater and energy consumption during the established Bundesmann test method.
The company says it next generation Bundesmann tester has a water recirculation unit that uses 99% less water during testing and that based on a weekly programme of conducting 150 tests, consumed just 23 litres of water as opposed to 2,100 litres using traditional testing technology.
