DENVER – VF Corp, which owns brands including Timberland and North Face, has closed its €500 million (US$530m) green bond offer to fund sustainability projects.
It is the second time the company has issued a green bond, following a similar €500 million offering three years ago.
VF Corp said the money raised would be used to advance its sustainability and responsibility strategy, and to drive progress towards its science-based targets (SBTs).
