COPENHAGEN – The Global Fashion Agenda (GFA) has forged a strategic partnership with the United Nations’ Climate Change secretariat (UNFCCC) as they look to accelerate the sector’s carbon reduction efforts.
The agreement will see the UNFCCC’s Fashion Charter hold its annual meeting at GFA’s annual Global Fashion Summit, which gets underway in June this year.
Federica Marchionni, GFA’s chief executive, commented: “Through our collaboration, we hope to bring together core fashion stakeholders, foster pre-competitive collaboration and provide even deeper insights and guidance to advance progress.”
