HAMBURG – Circular bio-economy start-up Traceless Materials has secured a €2.42 million (US$2.8m) grant through the European Innovation Council’s (EIC) Accelerator programme.
The German firm was one of just 65 to be selected from more than 4,000 applications, and has vowed to use the funds to scale its range of naturally compostable biomaterials.
“Receiving the EIC Accelerator support is a clear recognition of the innovative nature and high potential of Traceless’ technology, and the amazing work our team has done over the past year,” said the start-up’s CEO, Dr Anne Lamp.
