CASCADE LOCKS – The Renewal Workshop has published a new report which makes a compelling case for brands and retailers to explore various circular business models, having unearthed that 82 per cent of the clothes that brands and retailers deem waste can in fact be restored or recycled.
The company conducted more than 50 business assessments – ranging from retailers of high-end fashion firms to specialty technical products – and discovered that almost half (46 per cent) of the garments these brands deem to be waste could in fact be placed straight back on the market.
