BIRMINGHAM – UK fitness brand Gymshark has collaborated with recycling firm First Mile to improve collection services at its Bimingham-based headquarters, its London office and its Gymshark Lifting Club.
The partnership centres on introducing simpler, more effective disposal services at the company for materials ranging from textiles and paper to packaging, glass and food.
“This year, as a business, we made a promise to our people and our planet,” said Gymshark’s chief procurement officer, René Skytte. “To our people, we promise a culture for everyone, with fair working conditions at a workplace which truly cares. To our planet, we promise to help prepare our environment for tomorrow, by making sustainability a part of everything we do.”
