BOSTON - Sportswear brand Reeebok has announced plans to launch its first plant-based performance running shoes as part of its autumn 2020 collection.
The Reeebok Forever Floatride Grow replaces oil-based plastics with materials made of castor bean oil, eucalyptus tree, algae, and natural rubber.
The new design builds on Reebok's previous sustainability efforts with its 'Cotton + Corn' lifestyle footwear collection.
