WASHINGTON – While launches of ‘recycled’ collections within the textile sector seem to be occurring at an ever-increasing frequency, the latest figures regarding material recycling in the United States – which point to a decrease in the amount of plastics and textiles finding their way back into circulation – make for sobering reading.
