DUBLIN - UK fast fashion retailer Primark has announced a new partnership with the Department for International Development (DFID) to improve working conditions for garment workers in developing markets such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, Burma, Ethiopia and India. The company says the partnership aims to improve the health and well-being of local workers, bolster national economic development and help alleviate poverty in the markets.
