Outdoor brand Paka has published its first ‘Impact Report’, which details the company’s efforts to positively impact communities across its supply chain, particularly in the Andean highlands of Peru.
Peru-based apparel brand Paka is to set up a new charitable foundation which will see a portion of its total annual revenue donated back to the Peruvian communities where much of its raw material sourcing and manufacturing takes place.
The brand has also announced the expansion of its ‘Traceable Alpaca’ programme which is designed to offer consumers high levels of transparency into the origins of its performance-based alpaca clothing collections.
