New partnership targets textile CO2 emissions

Spanish textile manufacturer Nextil has partnered with recently-founded tech firm Xatena Innovare (Xain) to create a new company which aims to measure, certify and offset CO2 emissions in the industry.

The new company uses tech developed from a recent EU-commissioned electric vehicles project.

MADRID – Spanish textile manufacturer Nextil has partnered with recently-founded tech firm Xatena Innovare (Xain) to create a new company which aims to measure, certify and offset CO2 emissions in the industry.

The new venture, NextVain, aims to provide clients with innovative tools to reduce their carbon footprint and allow for precise certification of their scope 3 emissions.
