SPONSORED CONTENT – At ERCA TCS, we are leaders in manufacturing and supplying responsible chemical products for the textile industry. Our vision drives continuous investments in people, research, and development, leading to circular, ethical, and responsible innovation in green chemistry. Our products are applicable to a wide range of textiles, proving to be the missing element to achieve 360°
sustainability. ERCA TCS provides eco-high tech  measurable and certified groundbreaking solutions that respect the environment, ensure a safe production process,  prioritize consumer health offering quality and performance to all the products.
As an independent company focused entirely on responsible chemistry for textiles, we own the REVECOL® by ERCA TCS brand, REACTEVO® process and are part of ERCA SPA, an innovation-driven chemical group with manufacturing plants in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. ERCA SPA focuses on the development and manufacturing of chemical specialties and intermediates.

Responsible chemical auxiliaries
What does it mean? Let’s explore CO2
reductions with REVECOL® by TCS
A 100% Made in Italy breakthrough innovation that upcycles critical waste material such as vegetable exhausted cooking oil, into a complete, safe, certified, market competitive, high performing new generation line of chemical auxiliaries for the whole textile industry. The current range includes 18 new generation chemical auxiliaries, and for all of them REVECOL® has the most important certifications: GRS, RCS, ZDHC Chemical Gateway, bluesign® and GOTS. ERCA TCS is the first company in the world to have GRS certified chemical products, opening the door to responsible chemical auxiliaries. In particular, with the support and analysis of bluesign® Academy ERCA TCS is creating, where possible, the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) for some REVECOL® products, certifying the reduction of CO2 emissions compared to the use of conventional chemistry. From the first results of this work, we see a CO2 reduction that goes from 30% to 72%!

And what about reducing water consumption in textile manufacturing? That’s another fundamental challenge and ReactEVO® is leading the way
Recent legislation has increasingly focused on the need to reduce water consumption in textile manufacturing.
At ERCA TCS, we have been ahead of the curve with the launch of ReactEVO® almost 10 years ago. This innovative process significantly reduces water and energy consumption while cutting total treatment time. ReactEVO® allows for a radically new post-treatment concept in dyeing with reactive dyestuffs, providing exceptional results and color fastness.

ReactEVO® Highlights:
●    Energy Savings: Up to 70%
●    Water Savings: Up to 50%
●    Time Savings: Up to 20%
●    Compatibility: Suitable for cellulosic fibers with almost all reactive dyes
●    Compliance: All auxiliaries meet OekoTex® Standard 100, GOTS 7.0 and bluesign® certified – therefore, listed in the ZDHC gateway.
