Danish womenswear label Ganni has become the most recent brand to sign an offtake agreement with Ambercycle, as the US-based innovator gains further traction in both the retail sector and with the wider textile manufacturing industry through new partnerships in China.
Danish womenswear label Ganni has become the latest brand to sign an offtake agreement with Ambercycle, claiming it will replace ‘over 20%’ of its annual virgin and bottle recycled polyester with ‘Cycora’ branded fibre.
While Ganni said it would replace a significant amount of polyester in its collections with fibre made from Ambercycle's regenerated polyester, no absolute production volumes were given by Ganni in a press release available on the Ambercycle website.
