BRUSSELS – European cities are acting to address the impacts of fast fashion at local level in the absence of strong guidance from governments, according to a new report.
Entitled 'Cities and consumption: Local solutions to curb textile waste and combat fast fashion', the study is published by the Zero Waste Europe initiative.
