BRUSSELS - The European Commission has published guidance to help companies comply with the European Union's (EU) new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) with the first reports due next year.
Under the legislation, companies will be required to disclose more detailed information on their environmental, social and governance (ESG) plans and performance from the current financial year.
