LENZING – Lenzing has reported a gradual improvement in its performance in the first half of 2024, despite experiencing a sluggish recovery across the cellulosic fibre market.

Posting revenues of €1.31 billion for the January to June, up 4.8% compared to the same period last year, Lenzing said that its 9% increase in fibre sales was offset by stubbornly low fibre prices and the continuation of higher raw material and energy costs.
