EUROPE – A group of 25 European NGOs have launched a new campaign demanding an end to fast fashion in the textile industry.
The likes of RREUSE, Plastic Soup Foundation, the Environmental Coalition on Standards (ECOS) and Future in Our Hands have convened to call for swift action from authorities across Europe.
As part of their Wardrobe Change campaign, the organisations have outlined recommended measures to “stop the runaway overproduction of textiles”.
