PHNOM PENH – Garment factories in Cambodia are increasingly failing to comply with fire safety regulations for workers, despite recent high profile factory fires in Bangladesh and Pakistan, according to a report from the International Labour Organisation initiative Better Factories Cambodia (BFC).
