LONDON - Fifteen major fashion companies were criticised after refusing to give evidence to the UK's influential Environmental Audit Committee (EAC).

EAC chairman Philip Dunne MP named the companies concerned after accusing them of “a pretty poor performance” and suggesting they were “not prepared to stand up to their own corporate responsibilities”.
