STOCKHOLM - The H&M Foundation has entered a partnership with The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel (HKRITA) with the goal of developing technologies to recycle blend textiles into new fabrics and yarns. In a hugely welcome move, the results and learning of the collaboration, which is backed by almost €6m of funding, will be released to the wider global fashion industry.
