VICTORIA – The intellectual property and production know-how of Crailar Technologies, the recently bankrupted North American-based flax fibre manufacturer, have been purchased by Crailar Fibre Technologies International. The assets acquired include trademarks, trade secrets, IP and knowledge related to bast fibre production from agronomics to finished products developed by Crailar Technologies Inc. The deal will also see the completion of financing to fund immediate operational and product development efforts.
