REINACH – Swiss-based textile chemical supplier Archroma has launched a new range of fluorine-free water repellents based on the micro-encapsulation of paraffin-based waxes for polyester, nylon and cotton-based textiles. The new finish is said to perform similar to ‘C6’ chemistry and is compliant with the latest ZDHC MRSL criteria as well as meeting both bluesign and Oeko-Tex third-party certification requirements.
