ISLAMABAD - The International Labour Organisation (ILO) and Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) have signed an agreement to promote decent work in the garment and textile industry in Faisalabad. The agreement includes a framework on improving industrial relations through training and compliance with international labour standards including occupational safety and health, wages, nature of employment, discrimination and other forms of mal-practices.
