ZURICH – The Swiss cotton yarn manufacturer Hermann Bühler AG has become the first company worldwide to receive the Sustainable Textile Production (STeP) certificate from Oeko-Tex. The new manufacturing-based web-assessment tool replaces the Oeko-Tex 1000 label, which Bühler has been in compliance with since 2007.
