WASHINGTON — The US EPA has provided alternative examples to nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE), the primary harmful chemical outlined in the Greenpeace ‘Detox’ campaign which has prompted several leading apparel brands to commit to zero supply chain discharge of toxic chemicals by 2020.
